1) Surveys — The Everyday Drip

Standard survey-panel stuff: answer questions, earn points, get screened out sometimes.

The surveys pay in the same pocket-money range as every panel I’ve reviewed, fine for dead time, not a job.

2) The Offers Wall — $250 For Signing Up To Deliver Food

Here’s the biggest single credit in my MyPoints history.

February 2022. An Uber Eats delivery person sign-up offer on the MyPoints offers wall.

I signed up to deliver, made my qualifying trips, and one week later MyPoints credited me 40,000 points — $250.

And it wasn’t the first time. Back in 2018, a Chime bank sign-up offer paid me a bonus I remember as about 50,000 points.

This is roughly $300 for opening an account with direct deposit.

I still use that Chime account today, eight years later.

The offer introduced me to a product I actually kept.

Honesty checkpoint: I can find the Uber Eats receipt, but my activity history doesn’t go back far enough to show the Chime line item.

So that’s memory, not a screenshot. I’d rather tell you that than fake it.

My favorite receipt: March 2023, Vivid Seats, $1,170.00 — my first Taylor Swift concert tickets.

I routed the purchase through MyPoints and collected 2,340 points, or 2 points per dollar.

This rounds out to about $14.63 back on tickets I was buying regardless.

Two honest details from that screenshot: the points showed as “pending” for about a month (ordered 3/18, credited 4/19 — cash back posts after the return window, not at checkout), and MyPoints emailed me the confirmation. That’s the pattern: buy, wait a few weeks, get paid.

Multiply that across years of Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and whatever else you buy online, and the portal quietly becomes the biggest earner on the platform.

Especially when you were gonna do it anyway.

Check the portal before EVERY online purchase. This is the whole game. A 30-second detour through MyPoints before you buy from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, or a ticket site turns spending you’d do anyway into points.

My Taylor tickets alone paid ~$15.

Read the offers wall like an investor. Signup bonuses are the biggest credits on the platform — but only take offers for products you’d actually use.

Chime worked because I kept the account.

Canceling an offer you use next week is a hassle with a points garnish.

Do the daily to-do list. Small bonus points for daily engagement add up, and they keep your account warm.

Treat surveys as the side dish. Take them when you’re bored; don’t grind them.
